The Student Services Department serves students with various disabilities through a continuum of placements. It serves more than 900 school-age students and more than 100 Early Childhood Special Education children. More than 50% of the students are served in an inclusive setting.
The District is proud of its Work Experience Program, which allows students to earn high school credit from working off campus. The District also offers a Functional Life Skills Curriculum for our students with more severe needs.
The Student Services Department employs 81 certified teachers, 16 speech/language pathologists, 5 occupational therapists, 2 physical therapists, 3 psychological examiners, and 129 support staff.
