K-12 Enrollment for the 2025 - 2026 School Year Will Begin on Monday, March 3, 2025

PreK Tuition (parent paid) Enrollment for the 2025-2026 School Year will Begin on Tuesday, April 1, 2025

The following items will be required to complete the registration process. Please gather the below before clicking on the Enroll Now button below.  

Enrollment works best in Google Chrome, and be sure your pop-up blocker is turned off. 

  • Email Address (There are many free options such as Google and Outlook available on the web.)
  • 2 CURRENT Proofs of Residency 
  • Parent/Guardian Picture Identification (current Driver’s License)
  • Birth Certificate
  • Immunization Record - According to Missouri State Health Regulations, all students must be in compliance with immunization to attend school.  Those students who are non-compliant regarding immunizations will not be allowed to start school until immunizations are current.
  • Additional Items, if Applicable. The following items should be emailed to the District Registrar at scottt@troy.k12.mo.us:  Court Documents, Statement of Residency, Proof of Guardianship, Divorce Decree/Parenting Plan, DFS Placement Papers (foster care), etc.

If any of the above items are missing, your application will be placed on hold until they are received.

Once all items are received, the enrollment will be processed, and information will be forwarded to the building administration to set up a schedule as quickly as possible.

Families that qualify for the Free and Reduced meal program, may also qualify for free preschool tuition. Free and Reduced forms become available in July each year. If you feel you may qualify, please check back in July to complete the Free and Reduced form and registration process. The free prek program is only available at our elementary locations, Claude Brown, Main Street, and Troy South Elementary Schools.

New Child - Enroll Now

Select above to enroll a new child in Pre-school through 12th grade, if you currently have other children in your household enrolled at LCR3. 

  • Log in to the parent portal using the “Enroll Now” button above.
  • Select the hamburger menu in the top left,
  • Select “More,”
  • Select “LCR3 Registration”, and
  • Select new student enrollment for the school year you are enrolling your child
