Heather is a graduate of Troy Buchanan High School and continued her education as an elementary and science teacher for twelve years. She and her husband Justin have two daughters who are R3 students as well. Heather served as an R3 science educator, dance coach, and science department head and was a graduate of the first cohort of Aspiring Administrators. Heather resigned in 2019 to pursue sciences outside of the classroom and is now the Training Director at the IEC of Greater St. Louis. She continues to support the community and district as often as she can because she truly loves serving our youth.
