Vickie is a lifelong Lincoln County resident. She attended Lincoln County schools and graduated from Troy Buchanan High School in 1993. She and her husband, Mike, have 2 boys who are LCR3 students. Vickie is employed at Mercy Hospital Lincoln as a Community Health Worker, where she assists the uninsured and underinsured. She has a passion for education and is looking forward to serving the Lincoln County R-III Education Foundation.
